- Kite Rental Damage Policy
f any rented kitesurf equipment is damaged, lost, or rendered unusable, you will be charged the replacement cost of the entire item. For parts like fins, board, kite lines, or control bars that are damaged or lost but can be replaced individually, you will be charged the cost of the specific part.
Kites with canopy tears over 25 cm, or any leading edge or bladder damage, will be considered a total loss. In such cases, you must either buy the damaged kite at fair market value or replace it.
For other kite damages, if repairs exceed 100 Euro or are not feasible, you must purchase or replace the damaged kite.
If damage results from negligence, unsafe riding, collisions, aggressive riding, or attempting to advance without instruction, you will need to buy the damaged kite at fair market value or replace it.
